Land Division

The white areas shown on the map below indicate privately owned land.  USVI Government owned land areas are shown in yellow, orange and pink.  Yellow and orange represent restricted development areas, and pink represents permanent non-development areas.  Green areas are set aside in Sprat Bay for preservation.  For additional information on land divisions see "Water Island History" or the USVI Government's Department of Planning & Natural  Resources, Division of Comprehensive Coastal Zone Plannng.
